I am in the USA and Bartel is in Germany. No problem! I received my Rieker shoes in great packaging and right on time. Both fit great. I love Rieker shoes and couldn't get what Bartel sold here in the States. My boots are very warm and the lighter weight shoes are for summer or indoors as they are very comfortable as well.
