Bought my BMW i5 edrive 40 from Procar (seller Marvin). In January I had seen the car for sale and decided to go for a visit. From the first appointment everything was explained well (both car functionalities as purchase/export restrictions). They reserved the car for me, so I could think about a potential purchase for a few days/weeks. After I decided to buy it, we made a second appointment for pickup up, and everything was perfect arranged as well! So good car, communication, nice employees, etc. Overall: satisfied buyer.

Hello,

I would like to thank Mr. Martin Naumann and Mr. Berhan Ayhan for the whole process of buying a car.

Everything was as I expected, the service was of a very good quality.

I did over 1000 km to pick up a car. On the day of the pickup I was greeted by Mr Berhan Ayhan (as Mr. Naumann was out of office) . Everything was on time and as we agreed. The car was like a new . It was also charged to 100%.

Also I was nicely surprised when Mr. Ayhan wrote me a message to find out if I got back home safely.

I really recommend Procar as a used car dealer.

After looking for days we found this beautiful 4 series. We contact with Berhan Ayhan who was very helpful and kind since we are not from Germany. His response in emails was fast he send us photos, videos before we decide to go and see it up close. Thanks for everything!

Imported car to Croatia, they said the front of the car was hit and repaired, and that car is in perfect shape.
Car arrived with trunk doors damaged and fixed poorly, after reporting it back to them they are not taking responsibility/covering the costs of repair

I purchased a Mini Cooper SE fra Martin Naumann at Procar. Martin was very proactive and answered promptly on email as well on the phone. The process was easy although it could have gone a bit faster with preparations for sending the car to Denmark. It took app 3 weeks from order to delivery.
There was a small issue with the car, which meant I needed to make use of the MiniNext warranty. Also in this case Martin was very professional! I can give my warmest recommendations to use Martin and Procar.
