Selection is decent but I would give a one star for communication. I was buying some new uniform items a few weeks ago including some blues trousers. When checking out, the cashier says you know you’ll have to go to alternations right? I said yep, thinking I mean, who doesn’t need to get new blues altered? Fast forward to today, my stripes came in the mail, so I take my shirts and trousers into alterations right next door to military clothing.

After I’ve tried the trousers on and the lady marks the hem, she asks me for an alteration slip. I’m like, I don’t have one of those. She says, you bought it from military clothing? I said yeah, so I ask them? She said yeah go ask them. So I do, the guy who was there when I was checking out says he needs a receipt to give me an alterations slip. I don’t have the receipt with me, and I’m getting pissed because I’m thinking I won’t be able to alter my clothes because someone didn’t hand me a random slip when I checked out two weeks ago? Who tf would know that?

So I go back and I tell the lady hey they won’t give me one without receipt, can you alter them anyway? She says yes you just have to pay for the hem, because apparently if you get the slip from with store purchase the hem is free. Her second language is English so I don’t want to blame her too much, but she could’ve been clearer and told me I didn’t need the slip to get my blues fixed, it would just mean it was free.

I don’t really care about paying for the hem so I did, but it was needless stress and frustration from military clothing not doing their job in the first place and informing me about the alterations slip and GIVING ME ONE.

Anyway, ask for your alternations slip when you check out, because they won’t do it.

I called them over the phone and askes them if I could return a uniform.. the manager said that I needed to come in to make a determination. I came in and he immediately says that if it's used (even for one day) I can't return it.

Then why didn't you tell me that over the phone? Waste of time

As a military clothing store you should be carrying women's boots, which you don't! Do you not think that women in the military need boots? This is very wrong and needs to be corrected! Women shouldn't have to wear men's boots or order their boots online because you don't carry what they need! This is very disappointing and you need to do better because our military women deserve better!

The uniform store itself is 5 stars. Everything you need and a friendly staff. The 1 star is for the tailor shop. I was charged $26 to fit my ABU pants. Took them 4 days and when I tried them on later they had cut off the cuffs of the legs so they didn't have to cut the seams, and then folded about an inch of fabric over twice to make a new cuff. I'm 6'4" so my pants were barely long enough before. They were now essentially capris. The amount of fabric brought in to slim the legs was perfect. but they didn't actually cut the material, only pinched and sewed it, so now there's 4 layers of fabric in a little sausage looking pouch running down the insides of my legs... Luckily I was able to fix the length issue by un-fudging their seams. Thinking about how I can fix the sausages. I was TDY when I had this done so I can't take the pants back to have them fixed. If you're thinking about coming here for tailoring, save yourself the $26 and do the hackjob yourself.

Has both Army and Air Force uniforms. They definitely are limited on Army stuff as it is an Airbase, but they did have some. The cleaners and the sew shop are located next to it.

Le magasin était sale et il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix! J'ai été déçu parce que j'attendais plus de choix et un endroit propre!
