We had a very fine experience renting a motor home from McRent Vien until we returned it.

Completely at their discretion they charged us for everything that was not working, including things that weren’t our fault, like things that broke with normal usage.

Their defense was that we were given a chance to inspect the vehicle and signed a paper that ‘everything was in order’ but there is absolutely no way we could have checked every screw or plastic piece to check if it was weakened from other customers’ usage.

Basically, we paid for the wear and tear of renting this vehicle for them and since we were traveling and had plans for our next move we could not stay and spend the time and effort to defend our case.

They did not trust our word that we used it normally, so I would not trust them.

I highly advise not to do business with this company.
I first gave them a good review even though I had a small accident with the mobile home.
I notified and followed all their instructions including an extra payment of 2500 euros, partly definitely not justified, but still when I returned I received an awfully humiliating attitude from the staff. I also suspect some of them are ani antisemetic. Even though I ignored this horabale experience and rebooked for the next year since I enjoyed my vacation.
Half a year later after I paid 612 euros deposit they suddenly cancelled my reservation with a false explanation.
I am not even sure I will receive my deposit back and I might find myself in court against them.
