Next level customer service from Daniel and co at Fudges and sons on harrow rd - we ordered a replacement Tern after ours got stolen and the whole process was seamless. Excellent communication when there were delays from the supplier; and the team even made my son a little seat pad when it turned out the supplier wouldn’t be able to send one out very quickly. Couldn’t recommend them enough, and will continue to use them for all bike related things going forward! Thanks F&S!

Fudge & Sons were absolutely fantastic from the moment of contact about the test ride on the NEW Brompton G-Line electric bike. After travelling such a long distance the level of customer service was Gold, everting was explained so that the experience of the ride was trouble free. Both of the members of staff were helpful ,knowledgeable and friendly. On the ride although very cold i enjoyed the feel of such a great electric bike.

Overall the experience of using Fudge & sons was first class

Got my ebike stolen 4 weeks ago. After researching eBike brands and models, I narrowed my search to a Cube bike. I contacted Fudge & Sons to see if that bike was available. I talked with Daniel who confirmed that it was not, but invited me to come try a Cube bike. Turned out Cube was sold out of the one I wanted, so quickly pivoted to Riese & Muller (model Charger4 GT Vario); another brand distributed by Fudge & Sons. Talked with Daniel again. He contacted R&M who confirmed they had the bike in Germany. Two weeks later - VOILA! Great service from Daniel. He responded to all my emails diligently. I would very much recommend Fudge & Sons and Daniel if you are looking for a bike!

My boyfriend brought in my bike to be pimped.. paid £260 and they couldn't even change the mud guards when this obviously needed replacing. If I knew he took it here, I would've told him no! I stopped going there years ago because of this crap. Update.. I do love the basket added.

Had a great experience with F&S with Daniel and Alex being the main points of contact. After a disappointing delivery of my bike from cycle solutions, I was able to get it fixed with F&S very quickly and then also get rack and mud guards fitted with no fuss. I picked up my bike today and was very happy with how it is now riding. Daniel was really friendly and helpful to make sure my upcoming cycle trip goes smoothly.
