I had a very unpleasant experience with this seller. Three different agents fooled me three times and made it literally impossible for me to buy the car. They even lowered the price on Mobile.de in the final stages of the sale, then they never contacted me again and the car was sold to someone else. Maybe this is due to that I”m outside the Germany. Very unprofessional. Terrible! I would not recommend this seller to anyone!

Maybe this car park is a good one and I just had bad luck, but I cannot give more than one star. Communication with the sales man was a disaster. The server was not working and I couldn't reach him either by phone or e-mail. I had to send an e-mail through the general info e-mail to succeed in getting in touch with him. It is very frustrating and not customer friendly to call all the available numbers from the site and no one to answer, like the company was bankrupt and disappear. Quite disappointed of the experience. Hopefully with time the stars for this Car Park will increase once I will enjoy the car without problems.
