I’m giving out a huge shout out to everyone at Blue Compass for making our purchase of our fifth wheel seamless. I saw our camper on FB Market Place. I called and asked Theo the salesman what was the lowest price before traveling two hours to go to look at the unit. He reduced the unit by 3000.00. I took the drive and the unit was everything he said it was plus. I put my down payment down on a Friday and was told I could come Tuesday to pick it up. They added toppers to the bump outs. We arrived Tuesday and was met by Jeff who did a thorough walk-through. He noticed a lightbulb out and cabinet latch loose. He had fixed it immediately. Tyler came, helped us hook up. We then walked inside to have an app downloaded to our phones and we’re given a few gifts from the store. Everyone was a pleasure to work with And did exactly what they said they would do. Couldn’t be happier and highly recommend.

Great customer service, everyone was very helpful and friendly. Dan was our initial contact and he was also helpful in finding what we needed and wanted. Then Austin Lewis was also very helpful and stay contacted to answer all of our questions. Noelle was very patient with all our questions about financing. Bruce did a good job with the inspection and was very thorough. Brian (mechanic) went out of his way to help us fix our receiver hitch so we could hook the camper. Left very happy with our camper and could not thank all of you enough!!

Great helpful sales staff was patient, friendly and found us the perfect slightly used RV for our family. The finance department worked hard to get us financed with a payment we were comfortable with. My only complaint is we bought an RV with a dual battery system and we were excited about this feature for extended dry camping. They prepped it with a brand new battery but only put in one and removed the connections for the second battery. On a purchase this large it would have been nice to have the full capacity we were expecting for dry camping. I was quoted $140 for a matching second battery. The wires to restore it to a dual system we can purchase at an auto parts store. Not a deal breaker by any means, but just a little frustrating. That's the only reason for a 4 star rating, otherwise it would be a full 5 star rating for sure!
Update after using our RV. And down to one star. They sold us the premium package which included a protective coating and going over all seals to be sure everything was good to go. First time in the rain with the slide out the floor got wet. Immediately noticed a huge gap in the outside molding that didn't get sealed. I fixed it but not after the floor got wet and is now soft. I would love to walk around the camper after only a few months and have someone convince me they put any coating on the camper even though they charged us for it. Was also told the plumbing was tested. First time hooked up to city water the check valve failed and overfilled our holding tank which also got the bedroom floor wet and that is also soft now. Oven doesn't work. They simply didn't do anything that we paid extra for. That's fraud! Stay away!!!

I bought two brand new travel trailers from here over the last few years. I went back to trade in my camper to upgrade to a fifth wheel and they are liars on your trade-in. When I bought my last one here they promised as a returned customer in the future they would give me full value pay off for my trade-in. That did not happen. They also promised military discount which didn’t happen. Now I see why they have low rating reviews once again. I believe when they were Albany RV One, they had a rating of 1.5 and now only 3.1. I also showed them the same exact camper for $63,995 from a different RV store and Blue Compass wanted $69,999. When I showed them the price, they lowered their price to $64,999. Why not match?

Update: I did talk with Kristin and she told me that Blue Compass couldn’t match my offer from Campers Inn RV. Campers Inn RV sale price was $63,995, lowered it to 62,995 because of military service and they paid off my trade-in. I also got 100 free nights of camping, $100 gift card, annual 12 point inspection, and everyone was awesome at Campers Inn RV in Hatfield, PA. Stay away from Blue Compass in Albany, they are all about taking more money from your wallet. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

We have had an amazing experience with blue compass rv from the start with our salesmen Tony (i think that was his name ) and manager , to our finance girl Noelle. To our service coordinator Melissa is ensuring our hitch got installed to Jeff doing our demo with us, and the rest of the service team for helping us hook up and back our camper out. This team here was amazing in ensuring all our needs were met and making sure we were ready to start our camping journey. If anyone is in the market this team is the way to go. I never went without an answer from someone in regards to where we were with our purchases (consignment purchase) so thank you to everyone

On October 14, 2024 I returned from the outer banks with my new 2024 Jayco Pinnacle 36FBTS which I purchased from this dealership. A few weeks prior to my departure I received a call from this dealership stating they were offering a deal for drive through winterization, no appointment required for $150.00. Typically I have always done this myself, however with all the filters and dishwasher etc…. I decided to have them do this. The service person whom did this was named James, not only did he do a terrific job but he explained the whole process while completing and answered all my questions. I also had two other small repairs which he handled on the spot. Melissa the service customer representative was great as well and she was very attentive to my needs and had me in and out very quickly.
Thanks to the entire team there and my experience at this dealership has been superlative.
