I finally have the time to write a review. This location was the very first location I went to when looking for a bike for the MS150. Stan Lee is the guy that helped me with the process. He is informative, patient, and will help you get the bike YOU want. He suggested a few good bikes but unfortunately I didn’t like the color they were. He looked online and nothing was available to be delivered on time, UNTIL! he went to the back of the store and pulled out the exact bike I needed and color I was looking for. That last attempt and willingness to help me find what I’m looking for is all what great customer service is!

As far as the experience that I have gotten with a couple emergencies that I had.
They have taken care of me pretty well.
If you want the best experience of your life ask for Mark he is amazing he knows his bikes and his repairs.

A leader in customer service. My experience was top notch and the staff was able to answer all of my questions(no matter how dumb). After purchasing my bike they showed me all the features. I even stopped by the next day with another question about a feature of the bike, they listened and then explained it to where I got it. They even gave my bike a once over to check for anything that may have come loose or needed adjusting. Great job!!
