Purchased my airstream from Colonial in 2017. Purchasing experience was great. But since then, I relied on their excellent service department and most recently had to order some parts. Paul in the parts department was wonderful! Great communication and timely delivery of the parts I needed. I highly recommend Colonial for all aspects of your RV ownership needs!

Bought a Grand Design Reflection 367 BHS 4 months ago and have had 3 major roof leaks, one that was in service for over two weeks that was pouring into my kitchen last weekend. Obviously it was not fixed even after being their 3 times. The quality of work done on my roof and communication from campers inn management and service deserves a 0 star. Because they have some very competent techs and staff I give them 2 star. Unfortunately management does not honor their word or service work performed. On top of leaks I was without a working refrigerator for 10
weeks even though Furrion(fridge maker) and GD had given me the go ahead to replace broken door seal. Service dropped the ball and didn’t write the correct paper work or follow up on warranty claim. Add 14 other minor issues that the majority I was told to remedy myself and this has lead to a nightmare of a summer!

Edit: service department told me they removed all 6 solar panel brackets and sealed them properly turns out they didn’t! I’m not sure why they told me on two occasions that it was completed but now they want me to bring it back there to do the work they had 17 days to complete.

I just noticed the trim in my kitchen they put back, please see pictures for quality workmanship you can expect!

Me and my wife got out camper here, Evoke Model C, and the process was not bad. We went through their parts department and ordered a new king size bed and after working with them three separate times by which they ordered the wrong mattress and size three separate times despite them getting the exact item number and picture from me and my wife....

Additionally they wanted us to pay the price of shipping for each of their screw-ups.

Also, we purchased several accessories which they lied about and also failed to deliver. Firstly, I know there's some controversy but we opted to pick the UV sun coating because we do a lot of traveling and we're frequently out in the sun. Not only did they lie to us about putting it on, we caught them in their life with pictures and video, and then they opted to give us a couple free services and some other things which in my personal opinion does not take back shady business dealings...

We do not want those extra add-ons we purchased and were lied to about, so they agreed to give us a refund. I have confirmation emails from management saying that we are going to get a refund. It is about 8 months now of phone calls and emails and excuses as to why we have not been refunded the money we paid for services we were lied to and not given.

Even as I write this, I am still waiting for a reply from management. I have left two voicemails and two emails not including my wife also reaching out to them with absolutely zero response back....

Absolutely do not go here!!

Edit: 2 weeks later and still nothing from them!

They were wonderful to work with. We were on our way home from a trip and someone hit our travel trailer and caught the arm of our awning and pulled it out about 3’ making it unsafe for travel. We tried calling many businesses and they were unable or had to leave messages…. We called Campers Inn spoke to Tina. She arranged for a tow for us and when we arrived at Campers Inn everyone we met there went above and beyond to help us. Our travel trailer was ready with in 3 weeks ( had to wait on parts).
When we returned for pick-up the workmanship was great. Would highly recommend.
We can not thank you enough for all they did for us.

Very easy choosing, purchasing and financing of our camper. Howard was the best! Walk thru at delivery was performed flawlessly with all questions being answered. Weight distributing hitch was done professionally completed with no need for adjustments after first trip. Very well done.

All they care is about sales. Last year we purchased a held over 2022 Motorhome from Campers Inn, Union, CT. Of course, they were supposed to prep it prior to us picking it up the next week.

We drive the hour back to get it the next week and they hadn't done a single thing to prep it. We had to wait for them to put gas in it and then it didn't run properly. After about 4 hours of waiting we drove the hour home without the RV. They had to deliver it to our camp site the following week. They never even made the slightest effort to clean the interior at all.

Once delivered, the refrigerator didn't work at all. Spent a month living out of a cooler for new one to come in and then had to drive it back and leave it to be replaced.

I guess I assumed incorrectly, that prepping for pickup would mean they would make sure everything was working properly.

This year the automatic leveler system doesn't work, the levels don't retract. This means that we are unable to travel with a motorhome. Took us a month to get somebody out there to look at it, and 3 weeks ago the part was supposed to have been ordered. Just found out today, that the part has not even been ordered because a slip of paper was lost going from one service tech to the orderer.

DO NOT BUY FROM CAMPERS INN!!!! You will regret it.

Utilized there propane refilling station. People inside were polite and filled up our tank quickly. Recommend to anyone in the area who is looking for a propane refill station.

We picked up our GD Imagine 22RBS today and CI was great. Mike Starr was great to work with and Dustin Anders in finance made everything easy. Parts & Service works to get us what we needed, And our demo with Joe Novajesky was patient and complete. We couldn’t be more pleased with the process.
